Refund and cancellation
Rules for studios, labs, intensives, and mentorship blocks offered by Workspace Willow Academy. These terms apply only to training we confirm in writing—not to products or delivery models we do not offer.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to tuition you have paid for a confirmed programme after we issue an enrolment note by email. Enquiries alone do not create a payable balance. Because this website does not process payments, refunds are arranged through the same bank transfer or method used for your payment.
Timeframe for full refund
Cancel in writing to studio@workspacewillow.click at least 14 days before the programme start date for a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your enrolment note.
Partial refund
Cancellations received 7–13 days before the start date receive a 50% refund of tuition paid after deposit handling. Cancellations within 6 days of the start date are not eligible for a tuition refund, except where we cancel the programme or Thai consumer rules require otherwise.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits clearly marked non-refundable in the enrolment note (used to reserve a desk and printed materials).
- Printed worksheet packs already produced for a named participant after the materials cut-off date in the enrolment note.
- Completed mentorship sessions already delivered.
Refund process
Email studio@workspacewillow.click with your full name, programme title, start date, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible.
Cancellation by the academy
If we cancel a programme, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for travel costs unless required by law.
Rescheduling
You may request one free reschedule to a later cohort of the same programme if seats remain, provided notice arrives at least 7 days before the original start. Further reschedules may require a THB 800 administration fee stated in the enrolment note.
Deposits
Some offers require a deposit to hold a seat. Deposit amounts and refundability appear in the enrolment note before you pay. Deposits are applied toward tuition when you attend.
No-shows
Missing a session without prior notice counts as attendance for that session. No-shows for an entire programme without timely cancellation follow the partial or no-refund rules above.
Work already started
For mentorship blocks, refunds cover only undelivered sessions. Delivered sessions are charged proportionally based on the session fee implied by your package price.
Purchased materials
If you paid for an optional printed pack beyond the standard classroom set and materials have not yet been printed, that portion is refundable. Once printed for you, materials fees are non-refundable; you may collect unused packs from the studio.
Exceptions
Serious illness or documented emergencies may qualify for a goodwill credit toward a future cohort at our discretion. Credits are valid for 12 months from issue.
