Educational purpose

All programmes teach technical analysis methods for educational development. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading results.

Enrolment

Requesting a seat through the contact form does not create a binding contract until we confirm availability and you accept the written enrolment note we send by email. Tuition figures on the site are informational only; no payments are processed through this website.

Studio conduct

Participants agree to respect other attendees, keep classroom charts and discussions confidential when asked, and follow instructor guidance during live sessions. We may ask a participant to leave a session for disruptive behaviour without refund of that session if misconduct is clear.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, slide decks, annotated examples, and curriculum outlines remain the property of Workspace Willow Academy. You may keep personal notes and your own marked charts. Redistribution of academy materials is not permitted without written consent.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep schedules, addresses, and descriptions current. If a detail on the site conflicts with a written enrolment note, the enrolment note prevails.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Workspace Willow Academy is not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions you make after attending training. Our liability for confirmed paid tuition is limited to the amount you paid for the affected programme, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
